Announcement: Apply for a Short-Term Program by May 5
Apply by the Early Action deadline, May 5, for your best chance at getting into your first-choice program.
Mar. 24: Programs announced. Programs posted to the Status Chart, where students can compare all available global short-term programs by course, credit fulfilled, fall prerequisite course time, program leaders, and cost.Apr. 21: Applications open. To apply to a program, click “apply now” from the program brochure page, also linked from the Status Chart.
May 5: Early Action Period deadline. After 11:59 PM Eastern Time, applications lock. Applicants must click “submit” in their application by 11:59 PM Eastern Time to meet the Early Action deadline. Otherwise, their application will be available to submit beginning in the Rolling Period. Applications submitted Early Action are reviewed for eligibility and merit, rather than time of submission.
May 7: Early Action notification. Students that applied Early Action will be notified whether they’re accepted or wait listed.
May 8: Rolling period begins. All programs with open spots will reopen for application. New applications will be reviewed on a rolling and space-available basis.
Aug. 28: Final deadline for new applications, and for accepted students to switch programs. After 11:59 PM Eastern Time, applications lock. Applicants must click “submit” in their application by 11:59 PM Eastern Time to meet the final deadline.
Aug. 31: Final deadline for wait listed students to switch into an open program. Wait listed students that do not switch into an open program will be withdrawn, and their $400 initial payment or deposit will be credited to their student account.
