Summer Study Abroad Program Fee
The study abroad fee for this program includes tuition, housing, international health insurance,& course-integrated field studies and guest lectures, local transportation between DIS and your housing, textbooks, airport pick-up on DIS arrival day, arrival workshop, library and IT services, laundry facilities and/or allowance.
Spending Money
Spending money estimate for this program includes baggage fees, gifts, entertainment, independent local travel, and miscellaneous.

Immunizations and Medications
Visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website to see the recommended and required immunizations and medications for your program. Talk with your family and your physician to decide which immunizations and medications you will get before you travel. Visit the study abroad Health and Safety webpage for more information on where you can obtain immunizations.
School of Record Fee
DIS issues a Final Grade Report after completing your term of attendance and many U.S. institutions accept this report for credit directly from DIS. The University of Minnesota is the DIS school of record, which issues official transcripts to institutions that are unable to accept the DIS Final Grade Report as documentation of credit earned abroad. There is an additional fee of $450 for this service, which will be added to your invoice.
